Now that you're secured in my diary, you can focus on all the other parts of your planning. If you need any advice or guidance, please feel free to reach out anytime. I have had my couples reach out about supplier recommendations, outfit queries and more. Whether it is florists, wedding planners, dress shops, or timeline questions, you can ask away. I also offer a group whatsapp for us to all keep in touch if you need. This is also where I can send some sneaky peeks as soon as my Lab drops your scans into my inbox! Your client area is where your quotation, contract and any questionnaires will be kept. You can update the questionnaire answers anytime, and there's no time limit for you to complete them, other than hopefully before our final calls.

Want to meet up?
Are you able to get to London for an hour? Let's go for coffee in the Marylebone area. If you’d like a short pre-wedding portrait session with me in London, drop me an email and we can organise a cute coffee date for us all to meet. This is usually for those who want a bit of practice in front of the camera and is a 1-hour meet-up in the Marylebone area or Central London. Subject to my availability and during busy travel seasons it may not be possible, but I always think it's lovely to try meet up and have a laugh.
Six weeks before
In the lead-up, I’ll check in with you regarding your questionnaires and scheduling our final timeline Zoom call around 1 month before the date to run through the timeline. Take your time filling out this questionnaire, as it has lots and lots of questions; the more information for me, the better! If you have a planner, you can fill it out with them if you'd prefer but I always love a personal touch from my couples as some questions are about your families and special details to you personally.
Around one month before
We have our final Timeline Blueprint Zoom call, and we will hash out the timings. Whilst I love a schedule, I do understand plans will shift and change especially in the count down, so don’t stress if you haven’t got everything smoothed out. This call will be to discuss my arrival times, portraits and any dynamics at play. I'll probably talk about the sunset, and we'll work out solid plans for groups and anything else fun! We can also finalise the hours and add on any last minute additional things such as polaroid photography or photo books.

I thought I'd tell you a little bit more about me! My name is Sundari Seferynski.
I'm married to Mikey, who you'll often find by my side on your wedding day looking after my bags but also if you have camcorder video, he'll be my supporter on that too. His daytime job is Senior Head Chef to multiple places in Harrods. We live just outside of London in the Old Town of Amersham, (Zone 9 to our Londoners!) with our cat Dory. You should totally visit. It's a town of quaint cafes, great restaurants and has the hotel where Four Weddings & a Funeral was filmed. Highly recommend Bistro Twelve Twenty for a great meal.
I am of Sri-Lankan and Malaysian descent. My Father is originally from Valvettithurai in Northern Sri Lanka, but moved over alone to the UK when he was 18 to study Structural Engineering, and my Mother is from Bidor, Malaysia; she came over to study Nursing and became a Midwife. They lived in Norway for a short time, where my Brother grew up, and then came back to the UK to have me. I grew up in Cobham, Surrey, and my parents still live in the house I was brought up in! It still has drawings by me on the wall, hidden somewhere behind curtains.
I studied Architecture at University, but upon Graduation I went straight into an Internship at Phillipa Lepley, a Chelsea Wedding Dress Designer. I LOVED it there and eventually landed a job as Client Couture manager but through the tough climate many of us millenlials went through, got made redundant at 23. My Dad encouraged me to start my own business because I was so passionate about weddings. So with his help at 24, I began planning & styling weddings across the UK & Europe, and ever since then, I have been freelancing, working in Weddings, Fashion, and Hospitality. With social media blowing up and my photography itch, I began my career in photography & styling. My clients included Soho House, Laura Ashley, COS and L'Oréal. The pandemic really shook up my career, and I slowly transitioned out of a Fashion and moved back into weddings, and haven't looked back.
I feel I've finally found my life's work.
I'm an avid music playlist maker, drink coffee every day without fail, cover my ears when I watch scary movies, recently chosen to go sober and have a soft spot for Korean and Chinese dramas. I am a very stereotypical millennial and a die-hard for nostalgia. It drives everything I do and love.
I just want people to FEEL their life, and my work tugs at my heartstrings every day.
